Amery House Dental practice in Cowes is very clean and has a calming atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly and always put me at ease. I’m a nervous patient, and they make my appointments with them as relaxed as possible, which I always appreciate.

No, bear with me on this one!We have used this wonderful astonishing practice for years, and let me give you a taste as to why!Dentists are feared!, and every practice I have been to during my long life is the same result; you can smell fear, and they are all the same! However, due to a single vision by Monsieur Mark “the Dentist extraordinaire”, he has surrounded himself with simply an astonishing team who gets an exquisite result, a bit like a great French Meal served with fantastic wine and the right companion to enjoy the whole ensemble and a very reasonable price!Receptionist, we have the genuine hostess Madame Sam, who treats you like a friend, know your name, and strikes a conversation with you to put you at ease. If you love dogs then you are in for a treat! She runs the show similar to the coffee shop in Friends (the TV series), you totally forget where you are, and no longer feel any form of anxiety; a true gift that you want to bottle!Hygienist, Madame Eliza, she has such a subtle way to suggest or direct how you brush or give oral hygiene advice. I, nor my whole family, never ever came across anyone so professional and you find yourself effortlessly paying attention to her advice, feeling you are part of the team to keep your hygiene in check. My dental situation is complex, which she has maintain to an astonishing standards and will guaranty that I keep my original set of teeth for a lot longer! I always believe that a good hygienist is more important than a Dentist as they see you more often. Think of it this way: better to see the GP than a Surgeon!Dentist, Monsieur Mark, is a gentle man who love his food. Sadly, I cannot talk too much about my favourite subject while seating on the chair, but he never compromise his approach and always explain extremely well the options and never pushes to do unnecessary work. I trust him, and if you think of it, this is critical as you cannot see what he sees! A remarkable leader he has put a beautiful package together in his practice! Which, to us as a family, is not another Dentist but a care centre specialising in Dental Treatment with unique equipment that isn’t available anywhere else on the island.I genuinely think they are the best one on Isle of Wight and perhaps in the Country! You may have guessed but we are looking forward to go and see the Team, we are not scared! Are you with your Dentist?

Excellent treatment and care. Frank had a plan B which lessened my pain/discomfort and cost. He is great as is Lisa . I'm always nervous Lisa puts me at ease. Highly recommend these two professional lovely people. They always bring their A game for my appointments. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great staff members at 'Amery House' make up a skilled, friendly & likeable team.Dentists & dental practices are (unfairly?) prejudged by some patients; but Mark & his team are shining examples of what all dentists & dental pratices should strive to achieve..

Was on holiday from Australia when a crown fell out. Tried some dentists in Newport to no avail and not much help. The receptionist at Amery was extremely helpful and fitted me in the same day. The actual dentistry side was exceptional, very gentle and kept me fully informed as to what he was doing. So for me, 5 star service from my phone call to completion of treatment. A very caring practice which is above the others I tried

Switched from another practice and I couldn’t be happier! Lovely team - friendly & helpful - wish I’d come to Amery House earlier. Great standard of work and care from Dr. Radoy Ekov, ensuring I’m always comfortable. Treatment options and costs were clearly explained and I no longer dread going to the dentist! Highly recommended

Amery House is an excellent dental practice. The team is always friendly, welcoming, and highly knowledgeable, which really helps put you at ease. Visiting the dentist isn’t something most people look forward to, but if you have to go, this is definitely the place to choose. Highly recommended!

I've consistently had excellent care at Amery. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, making visits less stressful. I'm a nervous patient, but Tilly, the dental assistant is kind and reassuring. Dr Mark Cronshaw explains everything clearly and creates a calm, confident environment. I would highly recommend the team for quality dental care.

Mark has quite literally saved my teeth. His expertise in managing gum disease is profound; he has successfully delayed the progression of my condition through a combination of meticulous clinical skill and a proactive treatment plan.What really sets this practice apart is their use of technology. I had a lower molar extraction and I was aware that it wasn't an easy procedure to carry out! But as always Dr Mark and his dental nurse Tilly made me feel so at ease and comfortable throughout my treatment. With good reassurance and explaining everything as they carried out my procedure. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Sam at reception was also very reassuring and made me feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door. I would recommend Amery House 110%. Many thanks for relieving me of such excruciating pain. 😷🙏🏼🥰🫶

I have been a ‘customer’ of Amery House Dental Practice for several years (and I say customer rather than patient as visiting Amery House is always a friendly, customer-focused experience) and I simply could not recommend them highly enough. All of the staff there are professional and friendly but I would like to make a special mention of Lisa and Frank who have treated and guided me through a recent implant procedure. Their treatment and care was exceptional and Lisa consistently goes the extra mile, responding to my questions and explaining the processes, even out of hours. Lisa and Frank (and of course, Mark) have transformed my dental confidence and I cannot thank them enough. I even look forward to visiting!

My care at this surgery has been exceptional: the warm and smiling Claire in reception, Lisa who was wonderfully supportive throughout the implant process, Natalie my hygienist, the sage Dr Cronshaw, my dentist, and the wonderfully talented implantologist, Dr Azcarate. What a team.

I have been attending this practice for some time for private dentistry, and have been most impressed with the quality of the dentistry being delivered. I saw Dr Cronshaw who did some cosmetic treatment on me. The treatment looks good, it is robust, and was pain free. Other take aways were the advanced equipment they seem to have at the surgery, and how friendly the staff are.

Whilst on holiday in the Isle of wight I broke my tooth. I managed to get an appointment at Amery House Dental Practice In Cowes. A fantastic Practice I was welcomed by a helpful friendly receptionist, Dr Mark Cronshaw after an examination carried out the treatment required. The standard of care I recieved was to a very high standard. I am happy to say I am now a patient at the Practice.

I don’t usually write reviews, but on this occasion I must praise the dental team for the great professionalism in the care I had received. The treatment was well explained before hand and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I recieved the best treatment from Mark and Frank who explained the whole process from start to finish and provided great aftercare. I will most definitely be coming again!

This is a absolutely lovely and charming practice, utterly professional and superbly run by the principal Dr Mark Cronshaw and his friendly team. Highly recommended to anyone living in Cowes area (and anywhere else). Easy parking over the road in the M&S Car Park and right be shops if you need a refreshing cup of tea before/afterwards. Great work on a new crown for me and very good attention to detail (and technology) throughout but especially re covid with thoroughly well air-conditioned air throughout. Excellent.

My first appointment at Amery house dental practice since the covid 19 outbreak has been such a reassuring experience. All staff were extremely professional and made me feel very relaxed and welcome. I was informed prior to my appointment of the gold standard changes they had made to ensure all staff and patients would feel safe and this certainly shone through! Would highly recommend👍
