Mark Cronshaw

Mark qualified from Guys Hospital in 1984 and after two years working as an associate in a general practice, became a partner in a central London practice.
In 1987 he opened a further practice in the Docklands development at Surrey Quays. After a spell as a part time honorary lecturer at the Royal London Dental Hospital Mark was appointed as an approved post graduate tutor for new graduates. His practice became an established training centre for newly qualified practitioners.
Marks interests are centered on preventative care, and likes to keep up to date with the most innovative techniques in modern dentistry. He is actively involved in current research into the application of lasers to promote healing as well as in the regenerative aspects of oral surgery and periodontology.
Having studied in the USA, Mark is an approved trainer for Biolase and the World Class Laser Institute and is the UKs leading dental laser trainer. Mark has lectured extensively both nationally and internationally on the uses of lasers in dentistry
He is a Fellow of the World Class Laser Institute and was awarded the prestigious Fellowship of the International Academy of Dento-Facial Esthetics in 2011. Mark holds the Fellowship diploma of the University of Genoa and he has recently completed his Masters in Science in oral laser applications. Mark is currently a contract professor on the Faculty of the University where he teaches the current masters programme in the Department of Surgical Sciences and Integrative Diagnostics.

Amery House dental practice is delighted to welcome Ian Clift to our practice team. Ian is a highly experienced private GDP with an interest in orthodontics and implants and Ian has committed to joining Amery long term focusing on these two areas.
Ian graduated BDS from the University of Sheffield in 1982, and has been principal dentist at his own practice in Leicester (Dentique) for over 20 years. Ian has a special interest in implantology, and has completed the prestigious postgraduate Diploma in Implantology from the Royal College of Surgeons.
He has over 22 years experience in the field and during this time has placed over 5000 dental implants. Ian also is a very experienced orthodontic practitioner and he has a particular interest in managing adult patients with TMD as well as craniofacial orthopaedics in children. Ian is trained in lingual orthodontics, Invisalign and fixed appliance orthodontics. Ian has two daughters, and is a practicing Christian. During his spare time he enjoys ballroom dancing.
